Meet Charlotte Domingue

If you’ve worked with Kastner Insurance Group then you’ve worked with Insurance Advisor and Chief Operating Officer, Charlotte Domingue! 

Although Charlotte is originally from St. Tammany Parish (Bush, LA), she’s lived in Lafayette since 2007 when she attended ULL. With both a bachelor and master's degree in Business Administration, Charlotte does much more than just manage this office— she creates systems & processes that actively push the company forward on a daily basis.  

While an insurance company doesn’t seem like a fun business to run, in the last 5 years Charlotte has developed a passion for clients & team members alike, often training & mentoring new team members, while helping clients protect their assets & loved ones. 

Licensed in “Property & Casualty” + “Life, Health and Accident or Sickness”, she is also obtaining a license as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). 

Known for being highly organized, determined, resilient, dependable & reliable, it’s no wonder Charlotte can be found working round the clock.

When she does take some time off though, you can find Charlotte hosting/entertaining, spending time with family & friends, taking in local art exhibits, traveling, & doing home improvement projects.

Her favorite part about working for Kastner Insurance Group is the unwavering dedication to putting the best interest of the client first, as well as providing superior customer service. 

A fun fact about Charlotte is that she’s a wonderful baker & even baked the wedding cake for our team member, Matthew Dugas!
