Meet Matthew Dugas

Matthew is a lifelong Lafayette local, known for being friendly and hard-working. Matthew was practically born into the insurance industry, having family in the field for almost 30 years, but insurance isn’t the only career field that he has experience in.
Matthew served in the United States Army as a Petroleum Specialist and managed one of the oldest mechanic shops in Lafayette. When his work is done you can find Matthew fishing at the camp with his fiancé and his dogs.
It’s no surprise that a down-to-earth guy like Matthew enjoys the friendly atmosphere of Kastner Insurance Group and the opportunity to meet new faces all the time.
